6.14.15 | A Baby Shower For Benny

I met Cara in college through her husband, Chris. Chris & I were really close friends and when he introduced me to his “new girlfriend” during a Super Bowl party, I was hooked. Cara is truly one of those people who you feel lucky to be around. Her energy is amazing, always upbeat and positive and she has this way of making you feel like the best version of yourself. She is so nurturing and has a heart of pure gold. We have been through so many challenges & triumphs together and I know we are in this beautiful friendship for the long haul. She is one of my soul-mates, best friends, and most favorite people on this planet. I am so grateful for her friendship and cannot wait to see her as a mama!

Cara + Chris: you two are already a dynamic duo, one of the strongest, most special couples I know. I am ecstatic to watch you enter this new part of your journey together. You will both make the most incrediblele parents. I cannot wait to meet Benny, he is such a lucky little man already and so very loved.

1.24.15 | Kim + Bob | Jerusalem Mill Engagement Session

When I started my photography journey, I had no idea how far it would take me. I never imagined that I’d one day be photographing people I’ve known for long and short periods of time; friends & acquaintances. This gorgeous bride-to-be is my cousin’s best friend and I’ve known her for most of my life. It’s surreal to think about all of the important parts of peoples’ lives that I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of.

On a cold January afternoon, I met up with Bob, Kim and their adorable dog, Charlie, at Jerusalem Mill in Kingsville, MD. I love, love, love that they brought Charlie and wanted to incorporate him into as many shots as possible.
